ShredFit is now positioned as an AI programming assistant for endurance coaches using TrainingPeaks. This policy covers the coach product, coach accounts, athlete roster data, AI programming inputs, billing and related integrations.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide the ShredFit coach service:

Coach account information: name, email address, password and workspace details.
TrainingPeaks connection data: authentication status, coach account metadata and active athlete count where connected.
Athlete programming context: athlete names or identifiers, goals, availability, recent feedback, training constraints and session notes provided by the coach.
Coach inputs: typed notes, uploaded files or voice/transcription inputs used to generate programming drafts.
Billing information: subscription tier, active athlete usage and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by ShredFit.
Service data: logs, support messages, device/browser information and security events.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

Create and manage coach accounts.
Generate AI-assisted training sessions and weekly programming drafts.
Prepare or sync sessions with TrainingPeaks where enabled.
Calculate subscription tier and usage-based billing from active athlete counts.
Provide support, improve reliability and prevent misuse.
Send service, billing and security notifications.

3. AI Processing

ShredFit uses AI services to turn coach-provided context into draft programming. The coach remains responsible for reviewing and approving all output before it is used with athletes. We do not sell coach or athlete data, and we do not intentionally use your private coaching data to train public AI models.

4. Integrations and Data Sharing

We share data only where needed to run the service:

TrainingPeaks: to connect coach accounts, read relevant roster context and prepare or sync sessions when enabled.
Stripe: to process subscriptions, metered billing and invoices.
AI providers: to generate programming drafts from coach-provided context.
Infrastructure providers: hosting, logging, security and database services.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Coach Responsibility for Athlete Data

Coaches should only upload or connect athlete information they are authorised to process. Coaches are responsible for ensuring their own athlete agreements and privacy notices allow use of tools like ShredFit.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, authentication controls and secure storage practices. No system is perfectly secure, so coaches should avoid adding unnecessary sensitive medical information unless it is required for programming and they are authorised to use it.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your coach account data. Some billing, security or legal records may be retained where required.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security and product functionality. We do not rely on third-party advertising cookies for the core service.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops, especially as TrainingPeaks and Stripe workflows are expanded.
