ShredFit is an AI-powered running coaching platform that creates personalised training plans based on your goals, availability, and fitness level. The Service includes:

Personalised weekly training plans
Voice-based training input
Watch sync via connected fitness platforms (when available)
Strength workout programming

3. AI-Generated Content

ShredFit uses artificial intelligence to generate training recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

4. Subscription and Billing

ShredFit offers a monthly subscription plan at £4.99/month. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your fitness level
Use the Service at your own risk
Not share your account credentials

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShredFit is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of our training recommendations. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
